Established in 1862 in East London by Robert Cooke, F. Cooke is the oldest established eel & pie house family. The same recipe has been passed down from generation to generation and is now in the hands of 5th generation Robert Cooke. F. Cooke dominated the pie and mash scene for many years with shops all over London: Hackney, Hoxton & Dalston, Stratford, East Ham, Waterloo & Tower Bridge Road. 160 years later, Cookes continues to serve not just traditional, but the most original pie and mash you will find.
