This imposing building on the corner of Friargate and Castlegate was built in the 1700s filled with history and character. Close to the city centre, with Clifords Tower, the Tower Museum and Coppergate on the doorstep, Castlegate has a collection of bars and restaurants, and York Cocoa House is right next door. The house has parking for one medium sized car right out the front, and is laid out over 4 floors, with three double bedrooms and one twin room.  The three double rooms have ensuite shower rooms, with the master suite also having a seperate bathing room.  The twin room on the top floor shares the bathroom on the 2nd. Furnished and decorated to a high standard, this wonderful property is perfect for family get-togethers or staying away with friends to explore our historic city.
