Family run and in a residential area yet only a 15 minute walk into the city. Regular public transport right outside the front entrance; a hearty Continental Style breakfast is served and special diets can be requested - please mention at the time of booking. There is a large free secure car park at the rear. Guests have access to wireless internet free of charge. All rooms have complimentary toiletries, hospitality tray, hairdryer and iron. Handy for York's historic attractions, railway station, racecourse and the East Coast, Yorkshire Dales, etc. Smoking rooms may be available on request.
