The York Gin shop is in one of York’s most iconic buildings - the 16th century Sir Thomas Herbert’s House at 12 Pavement. The shop - selling the whole York Gin range and locally-made gifts - is opposite M&S and Shambles. Free tastings and a knowledgeable, friendly team. Open seven days a week. Child and dog friendly. On Friday and Saturday evenings, the York Gin shop offers an hour-long Gin Tasting Experience. This includes: - A welcome G&T - Tasters of the full York Gin range - Tips on how to taste gin like a pro - History of gin: facts, myths and legends - A final G&T with your favourite from the tasting - A discount on any gins you buy.
