Our restaurant, renowned in La Seu d’Urgell, offers tasty and classical homemade cuisine. Based on traditional recipes of Catalan cuisine, our offer is suitably adapted to changing times and market products. Highlights include mountain rice, roast lamb shoulder and and stews. Especially the stew we call the “Alt Urgell Red Rooster”, made with poultry breeding cocks of our own. Although today is something that is fashionable, local cuisine is and has always been our way. It is our tradition. Our philosophy is based on the Slow Food concept, an international movement than opposes the standardization of taste in food and promotes the dissemination of a philosophy that combines pleasure and knowledge of regional cuisine.
