"GlückSEElig" on Lake Wörthersee The "Gretl" as the locals call it, was extended by a chic flat house in 2021. The exterior has undergone a thorough facelift and now the house presents itself in a new splendour. Our very centrally located country house is the ideal starting point for your day trips on Lake Wörthersee or in the Alpe-Adria region. Here you can reach countless cultural, historical and sporting sights in just a few minutes. The cosy and charming country house rooms and flats are equipped with free Wi-Fi, flat screen, Nespresso coffee machine and the usual hotel comforts - always paired with the famous "Gretl" cordiality. The hotel's own sauna area invites you to relax, and our free rental bicycles are available for sporting activities. For a cruise in the "Caribbean of the Alps", the Wörthersee Schifffahrt is available to every Gretl guest free of charge. Our rich breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired and you can start your day with us from 07.00 a.m. with the most important meal. It is a special concern of ours to spoil our guests with fresh and regional products. Among our delicacies you will find gluten-free products, organic eggs, spelt pastries and regional farmhouse bacon. Little insider tips: - Our delicious breakfast buffet is available on Sundays from 08:00-11:00 a.m. for guests from outside the hotel (please book in advance if possible). - Our cosy sauna area with infrared cabin can also be booked separately by prior arrangement.
