In a relaxed location close to the center, Apartments Niederseer invites you to spend a carefree holiday in Saalbach Hinterglemm. Families, friends, active vacationers, couples and group travelers will find a suitable temporary home in the chic yet cozy apartments. With an inspiring combination of country house style, inventiveness and modern architecture, Apartments Niederseer stands for alpine lifestyle at a high level. All apartments are modern, functional and comfortably furnished with great attention to detail and have many amenities. The cozy apartments should be your retreat, a home away from everyday life. That is why you will not only find alpine chic in your apartment, but also always an extra dose of comfort. Location and surroundings: Apartments Niederseer are located approx. 600 m or a 10-minute walk into the valley from the center of Saalbach and are an ideal starting point for wonderful walks and long hikes. The Hinterglemm district can be reached on foot in around 20 minutes. For skiers we can be reached via the Schattberg ski route. The ski bus stop right next to the house guarantees our guests a stay without a car. Apartment types: - Apartment "Bernkogel" for up to 3 people with living-bedroom, kitchen, dining area, bathroom and toilet, balcony - Apartment "Zwölferkogel" for up to 4 people with living-bedroom, kitchen, farmhouse parlor, separate bedroom, bathroom, Toilet, terrace - Apartment "Schattberg" for up to 7 people with living room / bedroom, kitchen, farmhouse parlor, 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom, toilet, balcony Equipment: - First-class pocket spring mattresses and allergy-friendly bed linen guarantee a restful sleep. - Free WiFi and large-format smart TVs in every room create a home cinema atmosphere and offer the option of using streaming services such as Netflix, Prime and Co so that you don't miss your favorite series even on vacation. - The apartments have top-equipped kitchens including cooking and kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery, tea towels, dishwasher, oven with microwave function, Bora hob, coffee machine, refrigerator with freezer, egg cooker, toaster, kettle, and much more. - Starter kits of household accessories such as dishwasher tabs, washing-up liquid, sponge, toilet paper, soap, etc. are standard equipment and are available in every apartment. - The bathrooms are exclusively equipped with shower incl. Raindance shower head, hairdryer, make-up mirror, radio, soaps, etc. Hand and bath towels are of course free of charge. - High-quality liquid soaps as well as body & hair shampoos from the Pure Herbs brand are available free of charge in the apartments. - Small children are provided with cots, high chairs and children's bathtubs free of charge. - Upon request, SodaStreams including bottles and wellness sets consisting of a carrier bag, bathrobe and slippers can be borrowed for the duration of your stay. - In addition, each apartment has a spacious and furnished balcony or terrace. - The apartments are of course run as non-smoking rooms.
