Our guest-house is situated central to all cable cars of Zell am See - Kaprun. Schmittenhöhe, Maiskogel, Kitzsteinhorn, Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn. With the Zell am See Xpress you can look over to Viehhofen (Saalbach Hinterglemm) The ski bus station (free with ski pass and ski dress) is in 200 m distance. Only 3 walking minutes to the lake, a new renovated beach and a big free bathing place invites you to have a nice day. Due to our good location you can enjoy the sun until the late evening hours on the terrace, balcony or our big sun-bathing lawn. Our garden ist child-friendly, big playing ground, giant trampoline with fall prevention, table tennis, badminton, own barbecue grill, separat entrances to the apartments, own parking ground and a giant view to the surrounding mountains, the glacier and the Schmittenhöhe. Cozy and good equipped apartments for 2 - 6 persons, in light wood and friendly colours offer you a good holiday ambience.
