The gourmet cuisine has a French direction with intense aromas. The dishes and culinary creations retain a handcrafted look and are presented with plenty of love for detail. Most of the produce comes straight from the area around Schloss Prielau and the Pinzgau region, with some coming from the castle’s own stock.
