Mozart would have had ice cream here! A historic building with a beautiful doorway made of stone… It was love at first sight, and just what we had been looking for – for a long time. Salzburg is a unique city, hugged by the alps and filled with so much history! Especially in summer, people from all over the world come here to see Mozart’s place of birth and visit the popular Salzburg Festival. Since culture and culinary art go hand in hand, we knew it would be the perfect spot for one of our stores! To celebrate its opening, we composed a symphony of white chocolate-pistachio-pesto, swirled into sweet and creamy nougat ice cream…
