Your free space in the midst of nature. Our 5 chalets, built and equipped with high-quality, local materials, combine exclusive comfort with traditional charm. Each chalet has a small wellness oasis, a kitchen and living area for cosy get-togethers as well as 2 - 3 bedrooms with their own bathroom. The terrace and balconies face southwest. You have a view of water, forest, fields and the mountain panorama of the Ötztal Alps. The Stuibenfall, the largest waterfall in Tyrol and our namesake, is only a 5-minute walk away. Our nature chalets are located at the entrance of the mountain village Niederthai. It is situated at 1,500 metres above sea level and offers many moments of peace and relaxation.
