Since December 2022, the Bruckmühle has been operating in a new, spacious branch in the market town of Pettenbach on the bypass road at the “Lagerhaus roundabout” because the location in the town center that had been in operation since 2001 was no longer up to date. 12 seats make the new bakery branch a full-fledged coffee house, where branch manager Monika and her colleagues Christina and Daniela serve up fine breakfast creations: there is something for every taste - vegetarians and vegans also get their money's worth. In addition, snacks are offered, including hot "Leberkäse". Because Thursday in the Almtal is the “day of the Kesselheißen” – i.e. freshly brewed sausages – we offer this specialty from the Viechtwanger butcher Silmbroth every Thursday at this location.
