A lovely family house Located in a quite area which is very relaxing. Fully equipped open plan kitchen, inviting living room with a smart TV. The medium sized garden with a terrace is excellent for families with children. The train station is a 3 minute walk from the house. The train takes 20 mins to get into the city. There are restaurants near by as well as a shopping mall. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the area is safe for going on long walks, runs or bike rides. In the summer swimming in the Alte Donau is a must just 1 minute from the house. This house can be considered your home away from home.
