Elektro Gonner, a former electrical shop, is a bar located in an inner courtyard along the Schulhofpassage, accessible from Mariahilferstrasse. This minimalist space, founded by a group of architects, hosts art exhibitions and video installations as well as the monthly "artclub." With a daily DJ lineup playing a varied range of sounds that include electro, techno, hip hop as well as classical, jazz and avant-garde music and live concerts, it is a cozy weekday spot and a crowded weekend party destination with monthly clubs. A wide selection of moderately priced drinks (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and snacks are on offer. Entrance free / no private parties / no reservations.
