SoFàre is an authentic Italian Restaurant in Vienna. We are a small "pastificio" with kitchen and we proudly prepare our pasta with certified supply chain ingredients. Our partners are friends before they are suppliers, and they share with us the same production philosophy based on simplicity and sustainability. We believe that making pasta is a food culture and cooking is first of all an agricultural act. At SoFàre you can try the most famous Italian sauces such as Carbonara and Pesto Genovese, and also some special options such as Vesuviana, Puttanesca, Cacio e Pepe, and many more!
