Our focus is on delicacies of classic Austrian inn cuisine. Long-standing relationships with suppliers and producers as well as the highest quality standards ensure that only the best from the region ends up on the plate. Wiener schnitzel and Tafelspitz are on the menu as well as a classic goulash and crispy Kaiserschmarrn. Here, Kleinwalsertal and the whole of Austria are melting in your mouth. But the other senses are not neglected either. At Carnozet, industrial design meets cosy Alpine style. Solid oak tables surrounded by sun-baked spruce panelling, black-and-white photographs from days long forgotten and the cosy glow of the blazing fireplace create a comfortable ambience
