Brasserie Uilenspiegel is a cosy brasserie located along one of the most beautiful canals in Bruges. Great local Flemish and French food to be enjoyed with a local beer on the nice south-oriented terrace offering a unique view on the canals. There's also a bar on site and an extra dining area upstairs, ideal for larger groups or as a party venue.
