Restaurant Le Homard et la Moule will close its doors in the Duinenstraat at the end of June. Chef Donald Deschagt has become known in recent years as the Seaweed chef. He was a pioneer by incorporating seaweed and other sea vegetables into his dishes. During the corona lockdown, Donald and his wife Mieke founded Studio Zeewier and developed various seaweed products.
