From Wednesday to Saturday, the gastronomic restaurant ARDEN serves a seasonal menu from the hand and mind of chef Marius Bosmans. A terroir-driven cuisine, partly picked from the castle's greenhouse and kitchen garden. Uncomplicated, but bursting with life. Both à la carte dining and enjoying a menu arrangement are possible. ARDEN combines its dishes with an extensive but thoughtful selection of wines and local craft beers that can also be tasted individually at the bar.
