BABU is a kind of a funny story. Some would say a bunny story. The idea seems to have originated in the Far East, where Michelin chefs Gert De Mangeleer and Jef Poppe became addicted to the street barbecues in Bangkok and Hong Kong. Now they’re ready to bring the excitement to the streets of Ghent. The BABU boys & girls will serve you different types of bunners like we have the Brooklyn, Brighton, Beirut and many more...(also vegetarian options available).
