Chocolaterie Themans (Chocolate Factory)
About
It was late in life that Suzanne Thémans started out as a chocolate maker. “My first pralines were tasted by my family. When they got more elaborate, friends at the dog club enjoyed them with their coffee. But I didn't want to stop there. My diploma in hand, I opened a store at home. The scullery had been transformed into workshop while the sale took place at the front of the house in the old living room. So, at the age of 48, I decided to make a living from my hobby, making pralines. ”. FIFTY PRALINES Today, Suzanne is retired. His daughter Doris has taken up the torch and still offers, with the occasional help of her mother, around fifty pralines. It is in a new, much larger building erected in 2018 that manufacturing and sales now take place. Whether you are passing through our beautiful region, or whether you want to eat local and artisanal, Suzanne and Doris will be happy to awaken your taste buds with delicacy.
