CAVA is a cosy place, where food is simple and honest, where the carefully selected products are speaking for themselves. The menu is tinkered according the seasonal products available and serves as a crosspoint between classics from France, Italy and Spain with a modern twist. For a full course dinner the place offers appetizers, main dishes and desserts. A quality selection of cheese and dry cured meat from local producers compliment a glass of wine after work. There is a strong sweet-salty trace which compliments every kind of wine. In the summer season the restaurant offers seats outside, where it's shady and cool through the whole day. Every other week local musicians take part in the 'Small Carpet Concert' series, organized by the restaurant. The styles of music include jazz, Bossa nova, swing and classical.
