Turkish restaurant Gulum opened in 2005 and since than is bringing the joy of the traditional turkish food to Sofia. All ingredients used are freshly prepared and supplied by local grocers and butchers who provide the best cuts of meat due to our long lasting relationships with them. Meat is prepared to order on a charcoal grill and the bread is freshly baked in a wood oven. All are welcome.
