Everything starts with a dream. 10 Years ago chef Petar Yankov describes in his notebook his future restaurant - photos of jazz and rock musicians on the walls, royal piano, musical instruments, warm colors and elegant interior giving the feeling of class and coziness. And with every new beginning in his amazing career a new dream is added. Small sushi bar. Summer and winter gardens with Mediterranean flavor and live aquarium. Live-cooking restaurant where the chef, all the waiters and even the clients can cook together. VIP room with old-time maps in luxurious frames on the walls and a single table with 12 chairs. Petru's is all of this in a single restaurant complex, with the added value of own free parking in the center of Sofia and "Angry Birds" theme room with professional animators for the kids. All the halls are thematic, but the menu is one, so that every client can choose where the taste takes him/her. And the taste is... Well chef Yankov is one of the 10 top chefs in Bulgaria.
