We are a small family business from the region of Istria, Croatia. We are producing there our unique organic olive oil "TERRA ROSSA" in the third generation. It is the result of great dedication and intensive work in harmony with nature and culture. It is an olive oil of the highest quality, with mostly green fruity aromas. The rare "red soil“, characterized by the bright red color and the earthy clay structure, gives our olive oil, besides the name, its unique taste and aromatic intensity. Our olives are picked exclusively by hand and processed the same day with the utmost care and precision through an exclusively mechanical process "cold extraction".
