Villa “Margita” was built at the beginning of the 20th century entirely out of hewed rock in Art Deco style. The fact that its original condition and shape have been preserved until present day makes it even more exclusive. The villa is a real palace built from the finest selected rock in the Kvarner Bay. Unmistakeably, villa “Margita” is one of the most exquisite villas in the northern part of the Adriatic. Villa “Margita” is situated right on the sea-front promenade of the town of Rab with a magnificent view of the old town of Rab, and a spectacular view of Rab's four famous bell towers. It is located in the “Padova I” bay, one of Rab's top locations. Only an easy 15-minute-walk away are the town centre and Croatia's most beautiful and hidden beaches, all of which are accessible by taxi boats as well, parked right in front of the villa.
