Founded in 2018, Biomania is a place where seasonal, local and organic healthy food takes first place. We locally supply whole vegetables, whole fruits and whole grains every morning. Our team dices, spices, cooks and packages every day. Freshness is key. We pride ourselves on sustainability, from the recycled packaging, our organic pasta straws, waste management to the food we serve. We source from farmers we know and trust, letting the seasons dictate our menu, sourcing only the best quality ingredients, always organic and local when possible.
