Our apartment house is a beautiful, brand new (2019) home with seven individual apartments. We are approximately 1 mile (1.4km) from the Adriatic Sea and the lovely coastal village of Opatija. The pool is invigorating, sauna is steamy, BBQ is ready for you to light the coals, WiFi is reliable, and our gated home is safe and secure with parking available for all of our guests. We've listed a variety of wonderful opportunities (with photos) within reasonable driving distance. Feeling hungry but not in the mood to cook in your apartment's fully accommodated kitchen? No problem, just flip through the listing of local restaurants to find what suits your fancy. We've eaten at every restaurant on our list and only suggest eateries we personally enjoy. Did you forget anything you may need for your beautiful Croatian holiday? Perhaps a child's chair for the dinning table? Maybe you wanted to snorkel but forgot your mask? Did you leave your swim fins and/or goggles back home? What about toiletries like shampoo, toothpaste, conditioner, soap, feminine products, or deodorant? We live locally and will happily help with whatever you've forgotten.
