Croatian Coral Center Zlarin tells the story of the deep connection between corals and the people of Zlarin. It is a museum located in the original location where corals were processed on the island - in the Kažerma house. Here the history of Zlarin, the "island of coral" has been interpreted using modern technology, virtual and augmented reality, original photos, and records that have almost been swallowed by time, alongside prized coral jewelry. Today, only a select few people are allowed to hunt for corals. The message about the need to preserve diverse life under the sea is emphasized throughout the entire museum exhibit, which is complemented by an impressive sculpture on the top floor of the museum.
