The ambiance is sleek, modern, cozy, and intimate with a sea view. We are located in the center of Vodice, first row to the sea and we are very proud of our seafood menu. The ingredients are always fresh and there’s a special emphasis on locally-sourced products: truffles, Dalmatian prosciutto, olive and sesame oil, seasonal vegetables, traditional rolled noodles, beef carpaccio, and tenderloin beefsteak... Even the presentation of food is attractive and tempting so it’s easy to see the passion we have for our Bistro and the tremendous efforts we take in ensuring that every meal we make remains consistent in quality and presentation. With a small number of dishes available, the staff makes sure all of them are prepared well. The restaurant's specialty is Baby Back Ribs. For flawless smokey ribs, steaks, and Cheeseburgers, we have added our unique sauces and jams. Juicy, crunchy, spicy, exotic, warm, and fresh, the way it should be.
