Ciri Biri Bela is a family‑owned bistro‑café located in a historic Dalmatian townhouse in Split’s charming old town. Steeped in local culinary tradition, the restaurant serves a menu that fuses classic Croatian dishes with contemporary twists, all prepared from seasonal, organic ingredients sourced from the owners’ own farm and trusted regional producers. Patrons enjoy generous seating on an open terrace or inside the warm, traditional interior, making it a favourite spot for breakfast, brunch, lunch, and dinner. The restaurant remains open every Tuesday to Sunday, offering breakfast, brunch and lunch from 08:00 to 14:00, and dinner à la carte from 18:00 to 23:00. Walk‑in service is available for breakfast and lunch, while dinner reservations are accepted exclusively by phone, email or the on‑site reservation form.
