Family-friendly villa, only 150m to the child-friendly beach

The house is located in Kastela near Split in Dalmatia, the child-friendly beach is about 150m away and there is no road to cross. There are two 4-person apartments and one 6-person apartment. Each apartment has its own balcony or terrace. On the ground floor there is a small garden for sunbathing or barbecuing. The vacation rental is ideal for family vacations. Nearby there is a supermarket, butcher and bakery so that all purchases can be made on foot. There are numerous restaurants and bars in the village which can be easily reached on foot along the promenade. The old towns of Split and Trogir can be easily reached by car or bus in 45 or 15 minutes, the stop is 200m from the house. Towels and bed linen are provided and there are no further costs for energy, water or tourist tax for our guests.
