PiNKU is a small fish restaurant near the famous Split fish market Peškarija. In our endless effort to create new dishes we are trying to bring on our table some of the best Adriatic Sea fish combined with all the traditional elements that Dalmatian soil gives us. Paired with the best Croatian Wines and our signature cocktails, we want to deliver you a pinch of traditional in the contemporary.
