Astéri is a unique luxury Cyprus villa, just 30 mins from Paphos. Perched on a quiet road snaking up towards an ancient monastery & mountains of the Pafos forest, it enjoys complete privacy but not isolation - being just a minute hop down to Steni village and the fab cafe, and just a five min drive to Polis Town and Latchi marina with its contemporary bars and restaurants overlooking the fab yachts, and miles of great beaches. <BR><BR>Throw open the patio doors on your first morning, and you will find the intoxicating aroma of Jasmin & the truly amazing 180° views over the mountains, villages and citrus groves down to the sea quite overwhelming. In the evenings the sunsets over the sea and Akamas Peninsular will truly take your breath away. <BR><BR>Astéri offers luxurious and spacious outdoor living with a wonderful shaded lounge area with sofa seating for 20!, a 50" flat screen for evening movies, private 10m pool (heated if req), and a large dining area within a huge wooden pergola, also a large stone BBQ with outdoor kitchen. Plus new for 2015 a wonderful outside cocktail bar with fridge and music system. All of this, of course, with views to die for.<BR><BR>Inside the villa is luxury and good quality furnishings and works of art. There is a 50" tv in the lounge with satellite channels as well as access to all live UK channels, with DVD player and wifi. There are books and games, as well as a bluetooth dock and stereo.<BR><BR>We provide a laptop, printer and local mobile phone for your use.
