With amazing sea views and only a few minutes from the beach and town's center this is a the perfect choice when considering a stay in the area. The villa is ideal for a family or party of six persons that wishes to be away from it all, enjoying the private pool, the nicely set gardens and all amongst peace and tranquility of the virgin Cyprus countryside. Villa Anthoullis, Cyprus is a three bedroom property, all set on one level facing the sea at the front and the green surrounding hills at the back. It is accessed by an outside gate, which opens to a short lane to the property and to the private parking. DETAILS OF THE INTERIOR The villa consists of an open plan modern kitchen, spacious dining and living area, with balcony doors opening to the pool terrace and to a covered balcony, with seating/dining facilities. Each bedroom is spacious and nicely decorated, with amazing views. They are all fully air-conditioned. (Air-conditioning is included in the rental rate offered). There is a master bedroom with en-suite shower room and two twin bedrooms, which share a family shower/wc. DETAILS OF THE EXTERIOR The private pool with Roman steps (9m including steps x 4m) for ease of access is at the front of the house surrounded by well maintained tropical gardens, plants and spacious terraces for relaxing and sunbathing Sitting on the front terraces, the views of the open sea are amazing, the privacy exceptional and the location handy for hiking or walking down to Latchi beach, marina and other facilities through countryside's olive and orange trees. Very peaceful with lovely countryside views. Halfway house is excellent for food and the cheesecake is amazing. Kolios butchers in Paphos has a great selection of steaks. Greenwood’s family butcher in Kissonerga was great for the pork chops. Very satisfied with your service, any queries were answered very quickly. No comms directly with local managers or owner.
