The apartments and studios, 35 in all, are set in pleasant surroundings with a large garden and an adult-only swimming pool plus a smaller kids pool, and ideally situated on Nissi Avenue, ten minutes walk from the nearest beach (Sandy Bay), ten minutes walk to the main square and minutes within reach of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and pharmacy. Each apartment comprises of: One bedroom with two single beds, open plan kitchenette with lounge, and bathroom. The kitchen has a full size gas cooker, toaster, kettle, fridge and cutlery. The lounge has two settees that can be converted into beds (thus each apartment can accommodate comfortably up to four persons). Also each apartment has its own private shower, TV, and air-condition in the bedroom and living room. They also have a balcony. Each studio has 2 single beds and armchair that can be converted into a bed, and a fully equipped kitchen. 18 apartments are on the ground floor and 17 on the first floor. The apartments have been run by the Kaos family, for the last 30 years.
