Nissi49 apartments consist of 7 serviced luxury rooms with private bathrooms and complete kitchens renovated in 2021. Each apartment caters for different type of guests as we have a range of studios such as standard, standard spa, deluxe spa, one bedroom and the three bedroom Jacuzzi terrace. The three bedroom apartment can sleep a group of 8 people. It has an outdoor Jacuzzi and big private terrace. It has a big separate kitchen with appliances, oven stove and washing machine. It has two bathrooms and two toilets. Our renovated shower connects with the master bedroom and opens up to the veranda where there is an outdoor heated Jacuzzi. It has three separated bedrooms in different corners of the apartment designed for privacy. The sitting area consists of a separate room open plan that also connects with the veranda and the outdoor Jacuzzi. A modern design architecture that caters long and short stay travelers that prefer privacy. Our one bedroom apartment has a modern architecture with luxurious finishes and open plan kitchen that connects to a private deck. There is a master bedroom and on suite bathroom. It sleeps up to 4 people. Our standard studios have newly renovated granite kitchen and marble floors with separate bathrooms. Our deluxe studios have a jetted bath-tabs as well as raindrop showers. All studios sleep 4 people and have a balcony. Nissi49 is in the heart of Nissi avenue next to the underwater museum, MUSAN the biggest underwater museum in Europe. It is 5 minutes walk to the famous Aia Napa Luna Park and 5 minutes drive to water world waterpark. It is only 2 minutes walk to the beach Vathia gwnia which is popular with families and only 5 minutes drive to famous Nissi beach. Next to nissi49 apartments is Rossos supermarket and family shop souvenir for convenient family shopping. It is also located opposite the bus stop which can take you straight to Agia Napa monastery. It is located on a busy street with big shops and souvenirs but the apartments are build at the back of the block so you can have a quiet and tranquil night. Nissi49 apartments are close to Limelight restaurant famous for their Cyprus maze and 2 minutes walk to Tequila Spanish restaurant and Pizza Hut.
