In 2002, the classic American traditional «chocolate chip cookie» marked the beginning of Debbie's Cookies line. Beginning from a small shop in Strovolos, Nicosia, Debbie developed a line of American cookies, muffins, brownies and her famous New York Style cheesecakes, Carrot Cake and Chocolate Cake as well as Strawberry Red Velvet Cake.
