Villa Victoria is a charming and spacious 7 bedrooms villa (520m) with a garden (800m) in excellent location of the holiday resort lake Lipno. It has luxurious and modern furnishings and a self-contained apartment which offers an extra space when used e.g. by two or more families. The main features are a see-through fireplace between the dining and living room, spacious open-plan kitchen and large glass doors offering stunning panoramatic views over the lake Lipno and the surrounding mountains. There are in total 6 double bedrooms in the main house: the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, five sleeping rooms have got walk-in wardrobe and a one bedroom apartment with own open-plan kitchen & living and bathroom. Around the house there is a large private garden with a brick barbecue and spacious terrace with garden furniture for your comfort, children play area with swings and slide and Finnish sauna located under the covered terrace (access directly from the house) The house is located in the peaceful setting on the hill for beautiful views over the lake Lipno and only 20m from a large forest that offers number of walks (in winter: cross-country skiing). Lipno nad Vltavou is located directly on the lake Lipno and in the 'Sumava' mountains & at the edge of national park 'Sumava'. Lipno lake and surrounding area is one of the most beautiful tourist destination in the Czech Republic. The small village on edge of lake Lipno offer lots of different restaurants and cafe bars so you will never get tired. The lake offers many more possibilities for endless fun. The river Vltava (Moldau) offers many possibilities for canoeing and rafting. Hikers, cyclists and mountain bikers can make magnificent tours through this nature rich area. Aquaworld is located only 500 meters away from our Villa and is open all year round. There you can find a large pool with water attractions – wild river with rapids, pearl bench, bubble whirlpool and pressure massage showers For children there is a paddling pool and a children’s slide. The ski-areal Lipno KRAMOLIN offers 6 ski slopes with total length of 5 570 m (total 25 hectares. In the ski-areal you can also find Snow Park with Jumps, waves rails, turns, stairs and several snowboard crates with railings. Snownet artificial snow system will allow you to ski throughout the whole Winter! For beginners: Ski School - the best and the largest ski training ground in the Czech Republic. For Winter fun: snow-tubing track for riding inner-tubes. There is plenty more to see and do so in Lipno; if it rains, snows or is sunny you will always have something to do.
