An excellent chef Marek Jelinek is in charge of sophisticated steak and international cuisine and, combined with the latest cooking technologies and quality fresh ingredients, will provide you with an extraordinary culinary experience. Most dishes are prepared in a special charcoal oven, X-OVEN, where the ingredients retain their authenticity, taste and aroma. Designed by an Italian restaurateur Enrico Piazzio, this oven gives the food the true taste of the grill, excellent quality and leaves it healthy and light. The modern 250-bottle wine shop, custom-made, offers a wide selection of top domestic and international wines.
