As a group of friends, after 6 years of running a food truck, we opened a BBQ smokehouse. And we do it with love! Old/new school barbecue - low and slow smoked meat only on beech wood, no electricity or gas! In our smoker from J&R Manufacture — Mesquite, Texas. From traditional Texas/Memphis BBQ, to house-made sausages, pulled pork, beef brisket, pork and beef ribs, turkey and chicken thighs, wings, and a fusion of our low'n'slow meats with Asian cuisine.
