What are your cancellation and refund policies in case I want to cancel my reservation?

You can cancel your reservation without any fee 48 hours in advance (exceptions apply to group bookings).

Check‑in starts after 2 pm, check‑out is at 11 am. You can leave your bags in our luggage room before and after free of charge.

Yes, the 24/7 reception is always open, so night‑time arrivals are welcomed.

Towels are available in private rooms (single to triple) and dormitories; we recommend guests bring their own for larger rooms.
