Cooking with seasonal ingredients, their origin and, above all, quality are essential for us. We use both modern and traditional, years-proven procedures to let real taste of authenticity stand out. Our main ingredient is love. We believe it will know about the final product. That's why we did not leave the kitchen behind the wall, but placed it right in the heart of our bistro. You can sit directly at the chefs table and watch them at work or talk to them in the immediate vicinity. There's no industrial preparations in The Eatery. Everything we serve you is prepared from the basic by using unique raw materials from our selected suppliers, farmers and small producers. Every day we also bake our own bread and baguettes. We believe that the cuisine with reference to traditional Czech recipes has something to offer. And our performance is about how we transferred it to the 21st century.
