Landscape, which today lies in Prague's Zizkov district, was in the 18th century, richly marbled vines. Mountain vineyards, as the area under the reign of Charles IV. Said, are now bohemian urban neighborhoods, full of nightlife and an inspiration to many artists and writers. Our wine bar VinVin in the heart of Zizkov on Olsanske square can be considered as an imaginary return to its roots and tradition, which is linked to this place. The concept VinVin, one of a kind, connects wealth of vineyards in South Moravia with a unique atmosphere of Prague Zizkov. Wine bar VinVin exclusively with the association VOC Znojmo. The association VOC Znojmo places high demands on the quality of individual wineries through its first appellation system in the Czech Republic. The approval system for the attribution of VOC Znojmo was successfully completed in 2009. Due to the demanding requirements of quality wines, the grapes must come exclusively from selected and recognized vineyards are involved in the project so far seventeen selected vineyards. The best of the production of each winemaker can taste everything together only in our wine bar VinVin.
