The idea with Restaurant Fusion is to provide our guests with an extraordinary culinary experience, combining cuisine from Europe and Asia in creating modern, luxurious yet healthy gourmet. The "healthy" gourmet, among other, can be experienced in our Sushi Bar where we serve one of the world's most popular and healthy foods - sushi - alongside other delicacies from the Japanese kitchen. Our concept is based on creative and "honest" Gourmet with use of both imported and fresh, local ingredients depending on seasonal availability. We are constantly looking for new ways to enhance and develop our fusion-kitchen and strive to always deliver an extraordinary culinary experience as well as present dishes that are visually alluring and surprising. Restaurant Fusion is a trendy restaurant with an inviting and lounge-like ambiance. Our Restaurant is stylishly designed with a touch of Asia in mind, and we hope that the aforementioned combined with a kind and professional staff as well as a unique view to Limfjorden at Aalborg's Waterfront, will result in a unique and memorable dining experience.
