On Bermuda. it's about the atmosphere, the taste and the company. It is the place where dinner effortlessly turns into a party as the music begins to drown out the conversations at the tables. Our take on social dining, where you share through the menu. The menu card does not consist of actual dishes, but instead of many smaller parts, all of which have been developed to compliment each other. The kitchen has no dogmas other than that the flavors must be big and memorable. On the drinks menu, it is the drinks that take the main role next to a small but carefully selected wine list. It's minimalistic and sharp, and handpicked for the menu.
