A NEW INTERPRETATION OF DANISH BARBECUE Everyone knows the meatball sandwich, the steak sandwich and the roast pork-belly sandwich. They are the ones we have allowed ourselves to reinterpret. We've taken the best elements from each of these well-known classics; Meatballs as our grandparents made them and the brown sauce that goes with it. A well-cooked pork-belly with crispy skin and juicy meat. In addition, we also offer vegetarian barbecue food, so there is something for everyone. At Brødrenes, we add our crispy homemade greens , delicious homemade mayonnaise - and of course crispy, skin-on fries on the side. Everything we make is made in collaboration with local suppliers, as well as with a focus and respect for good Danish traditions. That is why we also exclusively use free-range Danish meat. Regardless of whether you visit our Foodtruck or our restaurant in Borggade, our employees are ready with big smiles and good food, made from fantastic ingredients.
