Our concept is simple: We want to deliver a tasty and solid alternative to traditional take-away food. Inspired by traditional european cuisine we embrace rich, deep flavours, slow-cooking and quality ingredients. Being located in a city with a large student-body, we try to keep our concept lean so that our food is affordable. That's also why we rely on our many customers to embrace our "self-service"-approach, which allows us to keep costs to a minimum. That way, we can focus on the quality of our food.
