Gastronomy, drama, art and spectacular visuals blend to create the Alchemist universe. A fine dining experience is the core of the restaurant – but keeping with the idea of Holistic Cuisine the servings are augmented by performers, installations and the architecture itself. A planetarium dome constitutes the main dining room at the heart of the restaurant and guests dine at a winding bar surrounded by stunning views. Another room is an installation by NYC-graffiti artist Lady AIKO, conveying the multicultural vibe of New York, and a light and sound installation takes diners through a maze of LED-lights, that comments on the struggles of the LGBTQ-community.
