Everything is prepared from scratch with fresh Scandinavian ingredients of the best quality. The menu offers you not only world-class sushi, but also kushiyaki, tempura and toban yaki. To give you and your guests a memorable experience, we pay great attention to the entire restaurant experience: Taste, colours, composition, texture and service. We continue to experiment and develop new dishes where classic cooking traditions are mixed with Japanese cuisine. Restaurant Damindra opened in 2006 and is owned by Damindra Tillekeratne. About the purpose of opening Restaurant Damindra, he says: ”In my restaurant I want to surprise my guests, give them more than they expect."
